In Store Returns Policy 

•For items purchased in-store we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or gift card for any full price merchandise returned within 7 days of purchase, providing goods are in their original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Items must have not been worn, or indicate any signs of other use, such as washing. It is down to the customer to follow the correct washing guidelines on the care label or any further advice from us.
Sale items are eligible for an exchange or gift card only unless otherwise stated.
This is in addition to your statutory rights.
 

Please note: Online purchases can not be refunded in store however we are happy to return the items on your behalf to our warehouse.

Returning an unwanted item?

We get it, sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want a full refund. As long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns, subject to the rules below, which includes rules about fair use. None of these rules affect your statutory rights.

 

Please note sale items are non-refundable.

If you return an item/order requesting a full refund within 14 days of the item being delivered to you or available for collection, we'll give you a full refund by way of the original payment method.

We aim to refund you within 5 working days of having received the returned item.


After that?

We don't accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.

Original Condition

Hygiene and our customers’ safety is super important, returns will be inspected to ensure they have not been worn/washed or show any physical signs of wear. Including makeup, fake tan, perfume or deodorant marks. Please handle the garments with care, we will be unable to accept the return of any item(s) where these instructions have not been followed.

None of this affects your statutory rights.

 
Responsibility

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!

As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 5 working days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email detailing the refund. The refund will be processed the same method of order payment. Refunds can take up to 7 working days from when we processed them. This is dependent on banking providers terms and how long they take to process the transaction.
