In Store Returns Policy
•For items purchased in-store we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or gift card for any full price merchandise returned within 7 days of purchase, providing goods are in their original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.
•Items must have not been worn, or indicate any signs of other use, such as washing. It is down to the customer to follow the correct washing guidelines on the care label or any further advice from us.
•Sale items are eligible for an exchange or gift card only unless otherwise stated.
•This is in addition to your statutory rights.
Please note: Online purchases can not be refunded in store however we are happy to return the items on your behalf to our warehouse.
Online Returns Policy
•If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you need to let us know within 7 days of receipt and we will issue you a refund upon receipt of the returned item(s), returned to us within 10 days of the delivery date, subject to the terms and conditions detailed below.
•Purchases may also be returned to store for an exchange or gift card.
• Returns will be inspected to ensure they have not been worn/washed, and do not have physical signs of wear, including makeup, fake tan, perfume or deodorant marks. Please handle the garments with care, we will be unable to accept the return of any item(s) where these instructions have not been followed.
•Any items returned to us in a non-sellable condition will automatically be sent back to you.
•Sale items are non-refundable this does not include promotional items.
We are not responsible for any returns lost in transit, we do recommend you return items using a tracked postage service to ensure they reach us. Refunds will not include the price of your shipping unless the order was faulty or incorrect.
