We want getting your Fashion Basement order to be as easy as shopping with us — so you can choose the delivery option that works best for you. 🤎
📦 STANDARD DELIVERY
We offer 2–3 working day delivery on orders placed online.
Your order will be sent via Evri or Royal Mail, depending on the size of your parcel and the most suitable service available.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive confirmation with any available tracking information.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally take a little longer during busy periods, weekends or bank holidays.
🚗 LOCAL SAME-DAY DELIVERY
Live locally? We also offer same-day delivery to selected local areas, Tuesday–Saturday, for orders placed by 2pm.

Prefer to collect your order from us?
Our Click & Collect service is completely FREE.
Simply select Click & Collect at checkout and we’ll let you know when your order is ready to collect from The Fashion Basement, Caterham.
Please wait for your collection confirmation before making your journey to the shop.

🚗 LOCAL SAME-DAY DELIVERY
Shop online, and if you’re local, we can bring it straight to your door. 🤍
As we move into autumn, we’ve updated our shop opening hours — while putting even more focus into our online shopping experience.
So we’ve introduced LOCAL SAME-DAY DELIVERY for our nearby customers.
🛍️ Order online by 2pm, Tuesday–Saturday🚗 If you’re local and we’re heading your way, we’ll aim to deliver your order the same day. *Min spend of £30 applies
📦 Orders placed after 2pm may be delivered the following day.
No waiting in for the post. No extra trip to the shop. Just order online and we’ll bring your new pieces to you.
Same-day delivery is subject to location and our delivery route that day. We’ll contact you if we’re unable to deliver the same day.
Locations include - Caterham, Warlingham, Godstone, South Godstone, Blindley Heath, Lingfield, East Grinstead, Oxted & Hurst Green.
